This vinyl-lined notebook sleeve is designed to carry a thin 8.5"x11" Letter sized ringed notebook or a medium stack of loose or stapled paper.  Use in place of a folder to carry paper goods.  The sleeve conveniently flaps over approximately 5".  The exterior is cotton or canvas depending on fabric selected and is vinyl lined for structure.
